Definition:

PE Sheet and Rod are non-polar thermoplastic materialwith high crystallinity. Through polyethylene resin asthe main raw material, through extrusion, injectionmolding and other molding processes made of plasticproducts. The appearance of the original HDPE ismilky white, and it is translucent to a certain extent inthe meager section.

Performance:

-Physical properties: Low density, high tensilestrength,impact resistance, and wear resistance, goodtoughness and rigidity, strong mechanical strength.

-Chemical properties: Resistant to acid and alkalicorrosion,but concentrated nitric acid, xylene andcarbon tetrachloride may erode it.

-Thermal properties: High heat resistance (long-termuse temperature up to 80°C).

-Electrical properties: Good insulation performance:resistant to electric ares and sparks with high dielectric strength.

-Processing properties: Easy to cut, bend, and weld.

Application:

It is widely used in machinery, chemical industry,electric power, clothing, packaging, food and otherindustries, as well as gas transportation, water supply.sewage, agricultural irrigation, fine particle solidtransportation in mines and other fields.
